Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

    • No cancellations are allowed beyond that period, as production begins early.

  • Subscription Pause Policy:

    • Monthly Subscription: Pause allowed for up to 5 days.

    • 12-Day Subscription: Pause allowed for up to 3 days.

    • Weekly Subscription: Pause allowed for 1 day.

    • Pause requests must be made before 10:00 AM a day prior to the scheduled delivery.

  • Modification Policy:

    • Bottle preferences or delivery changes can be made by 10:00 AM a day before delivery.

    • Any request after that will apply from the next delivery cycle.

  • Missed Delivery:

    • If you believe your delivery was missed or misplaced, please inform us by 9:00 AM.

    • We’ll track the order immediately, and if delivery was incomplete, we’ll replace it the same or next day.

  • Because our products are fresh and perishable, we maintain a strict no-return policy once a juice has been delivered.

    Refunds are available only if:

    • Cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, and before production begins.

    After 24 hours of booking, no refunds will be processed.

    If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please inform us by 9:00 AM on the same day with pictures via  elixir.themindfuljucie@gmail.com

    We will attempt to locate and verify the delivery, and if not delivered correctly, a replacement will be arranged the same or next day.
